Our garments are made to last, but conscious care makes the difference. Here are some recommendations so your Gaïa Surfwear swimsuit stays as good as new:

• Avoid rough surfaces or sharp edges that could damage the fabric.
• Do not store the garment damp or fold it while still wet.

Washing

• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap.
• Avoid washing machines, fabric softeners, and harsh products.
• Do not use bleach or perfumes directly on the garment.

Drying

• Let it air dry in the shade, laid flat.
• Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources like radiators.
• Do not use a dryer or iron.

Shipping and customs

At Gaïa Surfwear, we prepare every order with great care.
Processing time is 1 to 5 business days from the moment you place your order.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order at any time.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs

• Canary Islands 3 to 5 business days
• Peninsular Spain 7 to 10 business days
• Balearic Islands 10 to 15 business days
• European Union 10 to 15 business days
• Rest of the world 15 to 20 business days

Please note that shipments outside the Canary Islands may be affected by customs clearance times and the logistics of the destination country.
Since July 1, 2021, all orders shipped from the Canary Islands to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the European Union are subject to customs processing and the payment of import VAT.
Gaïa Surfwear is not responsible for any customs costs or taxes that may be applied at the destination. These will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping
We entrust the delivery of our orders to Correos de España.
For shipments outside Spain, Correos works in collaboration with local courier services such as:
• La Poste Italiane (Italy)
• La Poste (France)
• Correios (Portugal)
• DHL (Germany), among others.
