At Gaïa Surfwear, we prepare each order with great care.
Processing time is 1 to 5 business days from the time you place your purchase.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your order at any time.

Please note that shipments outside the Canary Islands may be affected by customs clearance times and the logistics of the destination country.
As of July 1, 2021, all orders shipped from the Canary Islands to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and the European Union are subject to customs management and payment of import VAT.
Gaïa Surfwear is not responsible for customs costs or fees that may apply at the destination. These will be the responsibility of the customer.

Transportation
We entrust the delivery of our orders to Correos de España.
For shipments outside of Spain, Correos works in collaboration with local courier companies such as:
