Our garments are made to last, but conscious care makes the difference. Here are some recommendations to keep your Gaïa Surfwear swimsuit looking like new:

• Avoid rough surfaces or sharp edges that could damage the fabric.
• Do not store the garment damp or fold it while still wet.

Washing

• Hand wash with cold water and a neutral soap.
• Avoid washing machines, fabric softeners, and harsh products.
• Do not use bleach or perfumes directly on the garment.

Drying

• Let it air dry in the shade, laid flat.
• Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources like radiators.
• Do not use a dryer or iron.

Shipping and Customs

At Gaïa Surfwear, we prepare every order with great care.
Processing time is 1 to 5 business days from when you place your order.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your order at any time.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs

• Canary Islands: 3 to 5 business days
• Mainland Spain: 7 to 10 business days
• Balearic Islands: 10 to 15 business days
• European Union: 10 to 15 business days
• Rest of the world: 15 to 20 business days

Please note that shipments outside the Canary Islands may be affected by customs clearance times and the logistics of the destination country.
As of July 1, 2021, all orders shipped from the Canary Islands to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the European Union are subject to customs processing and the payment of import VAT.
Gaïa Surfwear is not responsible for any customs costs or fees that may be applied at the destination. These will be the responsibility of the customer.

Transport
We entrust the delivery of our orders to Correos de España.
For shipments outside of Spain, Correos works in collaboration with local courier companies such as:
• La Poste Italiane (Italy)
• La Poste (France)
• Correios (Portugal)
• DHL (Germany), among others.
